How can I pick and choose which units to notify of a work order? Preferably by text. Example: I would like to change heater air filters for upstairs units only.

You can notify the unit related to that work order, but you cannot associate multiple units to a single work order. So you can either not assign a specific unit and just do the property and then send a letter to the related units via the Communication > Letters (or text them unit by unit). Or you can create multiple work orders for each unit and notify them separately.
