Full Cycle Account Executive

Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and execute a sales plan for your territory; including educating the market about the impact of APM Help’s unique and specifically built solution for property managers
- Research and prospect accounts using the latest prospecting strategies & tools, including cold call, email, Linkedin social selling, video prospecting, and more.
- Learn and present APM Help’s products & proposals to new prospective customers with SME support while guiding them through the buying process
- Work full-cycle deals from sourcing to qualified to negotiation to close
Qualifications
- Proven success running a full sales lifecycle, start to finish. You should be able to source, qualify, and close deals. We’ll help you, but you should be strong in the fundamentals.
- Knowledge about financials and accounting. You are not required or expected to be an accountant or bookkeeper, but knowledge of the financial statements in a business gives you a leg up.
- Process and metrics-driven approach to sales, leveraging Hubspot and other sales tools to improve efficiency and conversion
- Coachable, resourceful and focused on investing in yourself. We have a sales coach who will work with you and help you take your skills to the next level
- Excellent communication skills & cross-functional collaboration, with working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
- Superb listening skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships. Listen more than speak. Understand first, so you can take strategic action.
