Job Description

APM Help is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. You'll identify and qualify new business opportunities for our bookkeeping services, playing a crucial role in building our sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, conducting discovery calls, and qualifying inbound leads.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Screen and qualify inbound leads based on established criteria
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
  • Schedule consultations with Account Executives for qualified opportunities
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers to create personalized outreach campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect information in our CRM
  • Track and report key metrics including calls made, emails sent, meetings scheduled, and pipeline generation
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and nurture campaigns
  • Stay current on property management industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Qualifications

  • 1+ years of B2B sales development or inside sales experience
  • Strong phone presence and excellent written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet quotas
  • Background in property management or SaaS sales preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex software solutions
